Objectives

  • Digital Empowerment
We aim to enhance digital literacy by focusing on AI and data usage, ensuring participants are ready for technological transformations in the workforce. Our goal is to achieve a 30% increase in their digital skills, which will be measured through pre- and post-surveys.
  • Career Guidance Enhancement
The project will provide effective career guidance to help young individuals navigate their professional paths confidently and efficiently, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.
  • Fostering Entrepreneurship
By instilling an entrepreneurial mindset, we will equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to either launch their own ventures or innovate within existing workplaces.
  • Promotion of Quality Youth Work
We are committed to improving the quality of youth work by training youth workers and organizations in the latest methodologies. This will ensure high standards of youth engagement, education, and guidance across all participating countries. This will be supported by the creation of multilingual OER (Open Educational Resources) and other training materials.
  • Target Groups

    Direct Target Groups

    • Youth Aged 14-29
This age group is at a pivotal point, making key educational and career decisions. They stand to benefit significantly from the digital, career, and entrepreneurial insights offered by this project.
    • Young Adults Over 30
Many young adults in this age group are either considering a career change, upskilling, or entering the entrepreneurial world. Our project provides them with opportunities for reskilling, particularly in AI and digital transformation, as well as entrepreneurial tools and market insights.

    Indirect Target Groups

    • Educators and Youth Workers
These professionals play a crucial role in shaping young minds. By engaging with our project, they gain access to valuable resources like the multilingual OER, research articles, and best practice guides, helping them better support the youth they mentor.
    • Local Enterprises and Start-ups
As young people gain skills, they will become valuable assets to local businesses, either as future employees or as innovative entrepreneurs. Local enterprises also benefit from research insights and potential collaborations.
    • Policy Makers and Local Authorities
The project’s results can inform policy, particularly in areas related to education, youth employment, and digital transformation, helping local governments and policymakers design more effective youth-focused programs.
    • Broader Community
A community thrives when its youth are empowered, educated, and employed. Our project will help develop a more adaptive, digitally-savvy, and entrepreneurial youth base, contributing to both socio-economic and cultural enrichment.
